STRESS MANAGEMENT
SYMPTOMS OF STRESS
According to the Mayo Clinic, stress can lead to physiological issues, including headaches, chest pain, fatigue, upset stomach, and sleep problems. It can also affect one's mood, such as feeling anxious, restless, unmotivated, unfocused, overwhelmed, irritable, or depressed. Stress can also cause over- or under-eating, alcohol or drug abuse, social withdrawal, angry outbursts, and more.
