WORKFORCE AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Information for students who plan on joining the workforce or starting a career after high school.
Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs is on a mission to help close the skills gap by challenging the stigmas and stereotypes that discourage people from pursuing the millions of available jobs. He is redefining the definition of a good education and a good job because a four-year degree is not the best path everyone. We need to understand the impact of skilled labor on our lives, and Mike Rowe's Foundation is convinced that the solution starts with a new appreciation for hard work.
Job Corps is a tuition-free training and education program that connects eligible young people with the skills and educational opportunities they need to establish real careers.
