Mrs. Daniels comes to Richmond Hill by way of Wichita Falls, TX, where she received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LPC) from Midwestern State University. Mrs. Daniels has worked in secondary education for almost 10 years, As a school counselor, Mrs. Daniels established a behavior intervention plan for students struggling in class, created an anonymous referral program for students to request counseling services for themselves or peers through Google forms, generated a student lead food bank to provide for the community and design an employment board for students seeking work experience.

Mrs. Daniels earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to entering education, she spent 15 years as a corporate recruiter, career consultant, and industry training and benefits director. Mrs. Daniels holds teaching certifications in business education and information technology.

When not working with students, Mrs. Daniels volunteers as an adult mental health provider and is working on her Ph.D. She works each day to live out the motto that we can ALL do hard things!
